Fri., 1/27: KidStand is embarking on a new adventure with Middle School Assemblies! Our first one being Quest Middle School in Lewisville, Texas.
Sat., 2/4: KidStand is partnering with Roaring Lambs Ministry in Dallas to teach kids how to evangelize to other kids! Children 6-12 years old are welcome. Click here to register - Space is limited to 200.
Also coming in 2012: Haiti - Fun in the Son with Andrew Palau in March, more school assemblies in April, Celebrate Freedom on June 30th, Creation Festival in July, Reid Saunders Festival in August and Red-Ribbon Week school assemblies in October and November! KidStand was honored to start the year off in Joshua, Texas with a week of anti-bullying assemblies for 2,500 children in 5 different elementary schools! The community of Joshua recently suffered the loss of a 13 year old who suffered deeply due to bullying resulting in suicide http://www.cbsnews.com/stories/2010/04/01/earlyshow/main6353299.shtml. After the assemblies, KidStand teamed up with Northpoint Church in Joshua to provide a festival for the community where over 500 people attended, 56 of which made the decision to invite Christ into their hearts!
KidStand finished out 2011 with a bang! Partnering and performing with "Mpowered", we were able to minister to over 2,000 during the Christmas holiday at the Parade of Lights, in Fort Worth, Texas, Ridge Life Church, Operation Christmas Gift, Dallas and Six Flags over Texas!
