ABOUT VALERIE

VALERIE DAVIS IS A GIFTED SINGER-SONGWRITER, WORSHIP LEADER, AND COMMUNICATOR THAT IS PASSIONATE ABOUT IMPACTING THE NEXT GENERATION!

Audiences of all ages are entertained and encouraged by Valerie’s energetic performance and communication style. Through live performances and ministry opportunities at numerous concerts, church services, community outreaches, school assemblies, and special events, Valerie has inspired thousands of young people to live BIG lives with a BIG purpose to the glory of a BIG God!

When she was just nine-years old, Valerie got her start in performing arts and worship ministry by joining the Christian Performing Arts Center. Traveling and ministering all over the DFW Metroplex with CPAC, Valerie learned the value of using her gifts to honor God, and to bless her community. Valerie grew up in the CPAC program, eventually becoming the assistant director, and a member of the top performance group Unity. With Unity, Valerie had several exciting experiences – including traveling with the national Veggie Tales Live Tour, and appearing in music videos and PSA’s for the Daystar television network!

To pursue further ministry development, Valerie attended Christ For The Nations Institute in Dallas, TX, receiving a diploma in Practical Theology. Valerie continued her education at Dallas Baptist University where she graduated with a Bachelor of Arts & Sciences in Communication – further equipping her to effectively communicate powerful truth in various ways in various settings.

One of Valerie’s most powerful ministry tools is music. With original songs like “No Ordinary Girl” and “Spread A Little Love”, Valerie’s music engages her listeners, and sends her message deeper into their hearts. And through kid-friendly arrangements of well-known worship songs, Valerie leads kids to use their voices, their bodies, and their whole hearts to glorify God.

Today, as Valerie continues to write, record, perform, and speak whenever she has the opportunity, she also has the privilege of creating opportunities for young performers to grow and develop. Throughout her life, Valerie has had wonderful leaders, teachers, mentors, and pastors that made great investments in her life, and equipped her to be what she is today. Now, Valerie endeavors to make the same kind of eternal investment in young lives.
